Experienced, qualified team coordinators thoroughly project manage all aspects of each demolition by a detailed methodical approach, in accordance with:

  • Health and Safety procedures
  • Risk Assessments
  • Method Statements
  • The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015)

The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) came into force in Great Britain on 6 April 2015. Updating CDM 2007, its aim is to improve health and safety in the industry by setting out key guidelines, including:

  • Planning and managing risk from start to finish
  • Coordinating and communicating effectively all risks, works and information with those who need to know

CDM 2015 underlines that a contractor in charge of managing and carrying out construction work, including demolition has a main duty to plan, manage and monitor the work under their control in a way that ensures the health and safety of anyone it might affect (including members of the public)

We are licensed asbestos removal contractors. Asbestos removal and disposal is carried out strictly according to The Control Of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR 2012).

Under the Asbestos Licensing Unit (ALU), the licensing system is a strict process put in place to ensure that those employers carrying out higher risk work on asbestos, can demonstrate that they are competent to carry out the work, and have the necessary knowledge, experience and expertise to protect the health and safety of their employees and themselves.
